The Kangen water machine produces water of varying pH levels through electrolysis. pH is the measure of the hydrogen-ion concentration. It is used as a measure of acidity or alkalinity on a scale of 0 – 14, where 7 is neutral.

Hello Los Angeles friends of Enagic. Today I want to talk about dehydration.

Some days I can get so engrossed in a project that I forget to drink enough water. For me, the first sign of dehydration is a dry mouth and chapped lips.
